How It Works
Choose your design
With our 3D Shoe Designer, getting your pair of dream shoes is easy:
- Choose your shoe style from 12 different shapes
- Select your shoe fronts & back, heel height, colours & materials and accessories
- If you have a particular design in mind you can't create on the site, then contact us and we'll do our best to help!
Choose your size
Opt for your usual shoe size or our individual fitting service. To use the fitting service:
- Choose the Custom Size option once you're done designing your shoes to get your shoes made tailored to your feet
- We will send you a fitting kit that will give us the exact measurements we need to make your shoes
- We charge an extra £140 for this service
Handcrafting your shoes
Once you've put in your order, we'll start making your custom-made shoes:
- It will take no longer than 4-6 weeks
- Too long for you? Then choose our Express option during the checkout process and your shoes will be with you in 2-3 weeks
Wear them
We hope you are delighted with your new pair of custom-made shoes. If there are any problems, then please get in touch. We will work with you and make any tweaks and adjustments until your shoes are perfect for you!
