Can I return my shoes?
Since all of our shoes are custom-made, we are unfortunately not able offer returns or refunds. However, we will adjust your custom-made shoes free of charge until they are perfect for you. Please contact us at email@example.com to discuss this with us.
The shoes aren't what I expected them to be. What do I do?
We are sorry to hear your shoes aren't quite right for you yet. But don't you worry! Simply contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will make sure you'll receive the perfect shoes next time – at no extra charge!
Where do I send my shoes to after I have requested an alteration?
We will provide you with all the necessary information on how to send your shoes back to us once you have informed us that you would like your shoes to be altered.
How long will the alteration process take?
We are really sorry your shoes weren't quite right for you yet. And of course we understand that you cannot wait to wear your new custom-made shoes! That's why we will work extra hard to get them altered and back to you as soon as possible.
