The following terms & conditions are associated with our Made to Measure Shoes Service & our Satisfaction Guarantee: • Please be aware that we are unable to offer returns for your shoes, however, under our satisfaction guarantee, we'll work with you until you're 100% happy with your shoes. All fit adjustments are free of charge, however any design changes that are different from your original design & due to a change of mind will incur charges. If your amendments require the use of materials, shoe features & embellishments that are different from your original design, a cost will apply for different / newly added embellishments, trims, straps & any non-standard materials (i.e. animal print leather, sparkling leather, etc). • We are legally unable to replicate any copywrited designs or design details without the owners permission. Any design submissions are placed at your own discretion • Additional charges may occur when we're sourcing material, we'll confirm these costs and take payment before using the material.
