Our goal has always been to empower women, which is why we are so excited to partner with the fierce, bold, and inspiring World Kickboxing Champion and professional boxer Ruqsana Begum! We Are Strong
It goes without saying that women are strong, having to constantly break through the barriers created to hold us back while simultaneously working hard to attain our personal dreams. Despite our tenacity, we all have moments of feeling down. We always get back up eventually but it is imperative to take care of yourself and your mental health especially on days when you are feeling this way. Empowering women starts with empowering yourself so take breaks when you need them, rest, recover, and let yourself breathe.

When she started she was the only woman in her gym but she showed everyone the strength and determination she had to achieve her goals.
