We want our shoes to be available to women across the globe. So wherever you may be, we will ship our shoes to you!

How much do you charge for shipping?

We currently offer free shipping for standard sized shoes to the following locations: United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia, Japan, China and Hong Kong. For all other delivery destinations, please check our Shipping Calculator below to verify standard shipping costs.

Standard shipping for PrecisionFit shoes is free for customers within the UK. For international customers, please add an additional £20 on top of the existing standard charges for your country (see shipping calculator). This £20 shipping fee covers your fitting kit and the additional shipping services required for the PrecisionFit process.

Express shipping is £60 for UK and international customers.

What shipping provider do you use?

We ship via DHL Standard and DHL Express.

How long will my order take to arrive?

For Standard Delivery, please allow 4-6 weeks for your parcel to arrive. Express Delivery will take about 2-3 weeks.

How can I track my order?

You can track your order by logging into your account. Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email containing the DHL tracking number.

My tracking number doesn't seem to be working.

Don't worry if you're not immediately able to track your parcel. It will take our shipping provider a few hours to register your parcel. If your tracking number isn’t updating at all after this time, then please email us at help@solelyoriginal.com and we will get the issue fixed for you as soon as we can.

Can I change my shipping address after I have placed my order?

If you have provided us with a wrong shipping address during checkout then please drop as an email at help@solelyoriginal.com as soon as possible.
